HustleDesk is a planned helpdesk product. This site is a marketing preview — there is no live inbox, email forwarding, or API to configure yet.

Current status

  • Marketing pages for features and pricing are in this repo.
  • Account signup/sign-in are not available (see /signup).
  • Deep doc articles that previously 404'd have been removed until a real product ships.

Planned quick start (not live)

  1. Create a workspace and verify a support address.
  2. Forward inbound mail into the ticket inbox.
  3. Invite teammates and set assignment rules.
  4. Add canned responses and SLA timers.

These steps describe the intended product. They are not runnable today.

API

No public API is published for HustleDesk yet. When one ships, reference docs will live under /docs.
